What we collect
When you book a visit we collect your name, phone number, service address, optional location coordinates and the details of your order. We do not ask for payment card data online.
Why we use it
Only to confirm and deliver your booking, contact you about it, and improve our service. Booking details may be sent to us through WhatsApp at your request.
Analytics & cookies
With your consent we may use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to measure site usage. Your cart and form progress are stored only in your browser (localStorage).
Storage & sharing
We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, messaging) process it on our behalf.
